RUMINER W9 is a rumen-protected fat produced from olive or rapeseed oil, providing a high-energy source that improves milk yield and energy balance in high-producing ruminants.
In recent years there have been trials in universities and field trials that demonstrate the benefits in both dairy animals and meat animals:
- Milk cows, sheep and goats: improves production, improves animal health and improves the fatty acid profile of milk and therefore dairy products.
- In calves and lambs fattening there are improvements in productive indices, carcass performance and carcass quality.
Improvement of the fatty acid profile in productions: increase in unsaturated fatty acids (especially oleic acid) and decrease in atherogenic fatty acids (especially palmitic).
