Likewise, NUTRION’s Management, committed to society and to the highest standards in complying with applicable regulations, has implemented its own Organization and Management Model for the Prevention of Criminal Risks, thus adapting to the new regime of criminal liability of legal persons established in the Spanish Criminal Code.
