Ultra-concentrated palmitic bypass fat
NL C16 is fat obtained by the splitting and fractionation of the palm oil getting a product with a high palmitic acid content (95-98%), composed of free fatty acids.
It is stable in rumen, due to its high melting point and due to its insolubility. It has a high stability, a good palatability and a high fat content (99%).
